All fees for services rendered by Vintrique will be clearly outlined in the project proposal. Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of any work. Failure to pay in accordance with the agreed terms may result in the suspension of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with Vintrique, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Vintrique or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our explicit permission.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Both Vintrique and the user agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the course of the service. This obligation will survive the termination of any agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vintrique shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the services.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
  • Any content obtained from the services.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vintrique, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) arising from:

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, users agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Vintrique. If the dispute is not resolved through informal negotiation, you agree to resolve the dispute through mediation before pursuing any legal action.

12. Termination

Vintrique may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vintrique regarding your use of the services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. Any failure by Vintrique to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
